75 minutes: $200​​

A longer initial consult is best to give your dietitian more time to get to know you, your current habits and your goals. It also allows more time to get answers to your questions or start setting up a plan.

60 minutes: $180​​​​​

A shorter initial consult is a good place to start if it works better for your budget.​

Follow-up Consult - Online​

​60 minutes: $160

Book a longer follow-up to allow more time to review your plan or progress, set new goals, discuss a new topic or get more of your questions answered.​

​40 minutes: $125

Book a short follow-up for a brief review of your plan or progress.

​

25-minute check-in: $90

Check-ins are available online or by phone for clients in ongoing programs who want added support and accountability between regular follow-ups.

  • One initial consult

  • One follow-up consult to cover your protein, fat and carbohydrate needs to match the types of training and activities you do

  • A second follow-up consult to review your nutrient analysis and food recommendations so you can learn how to best meet your needs for vitamins and minerals

Each consult is billed and charged on the day of the consult as follows:

  • 75-minute online Initial Consult @ $200

  • 60-minute online Follow-ups @ $160 each

Get even more our of your nutrition with a plan that ensures optimal fueling and recovery for your daily nutrition AND before, during and after training or competition.

6 consults

Includes:

  • Everything in your Base Plan!

    • One initial consult

    • One follow-up consult to cover your protein, fat and carbohydrate needs to match the types of training and activities you do

    • A second follow-up consult to review your nutrient analysis and food recommendations so you can learn how to best meet your needs for vitamins and minerals

  • AND, three (3) follow-ups to strategize your fueling plan for specific activities or events:

    • Fueling before training and competition

    • Fueling during training and competition

    • Fueling for recovery after training and competition


Note: topics may be adjusted to suit your needs

Each consult is billed and charged on the day of the consult as follows:

  • 75-minute online Initial Consult @ $200

  • 60-minute online Follow-ups @ $160 each

  • AND, the three (3) follow-ups in Level Up Tier I to strategize your fueling plan for specific activities or events

    • Fueling before training and competition

    • Fueling during training and competition

    • Fueling for recovery after training and competition

  • PLUS, four (4) more follow-ups to really dial things in:

    • Assessing your hydration needs

    • Developing your hydration plan

    • Recommendations around vitamin, mineral and other health supplements

    • Recommendations around sport supplements

  • As a BONUS, enjoy two (2) Check-ins at no charge!
